How We Support Young People
Every young person is different. We support children and adolescents through a wide range of challenges, at their own pace.
Gentle, practical strategies for managing anxious thoughts, school stress and social worries.
Trauma-informed care that helps young people process what's happened and feel safe again.
Support for young people who seem flat, disconnected, or not themselves lately.
Helping children adjust through separation, divorce, grief and changes at home.
Support with school refusal, bullying, friendships, focus, and confidence in the classroom.
Assessment and support for ADHD and other neurodevelopmental presentations.
Our Approach
Children don't open up on command - trust comes first. Our clinicians take the time to build a genuine connection with your child, offering a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for children and adolescents. Parents are kept involved every step of the way, and our gentle therapy dogs, Marley and Bruce, are always ready to help a nervous young visitor feel at ease.
