How We Support Adults
Evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to your unique experiences and needs, at a pace that feels manageable.
Support after an accident, assault, medical event or other single distressing experience.
Care for the lasting effects of prolonged or repeated trauma, including childhood experiences.
Understanding patterns passed down through families, and choosing where they end.
Practical, evidence-based strategies for worry, panic, burnout and chronic stress.
Support to lift mood, rebuild motivation and reconnect with what matters to you.
Navigating loss, separation, career change, illness and other major life shifts.
Our Approach
We aim to build on your existing strengths and explore effective ways of managing the difficulties you may be facing. That means developing an understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learning productive ways to deal with them in a safe place. Trauma work in particular moves at your pace: nothing is rushed, and you stay in control of what you talk about and when.
