Our Services
Adult Counselling
We aim to build on an individual’s existing strengths and explore effective ways of managing the difficulties they may be facing. This allows an understanding of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learn productive ways to deal with them in a safe place.
Couples Counselling
We provide couples counselling to support partners experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, disconnection, or challenges with trust and intimacy. Our approach focuses on helping both individuals feel heard and understood, while developing practical strategies to rebuild connection, and strengthen the relationship.
Children/Adolescent Counselling
Our therapies are tailored to meet the needs of the individual child and family and to support the child’s happiness, confidence, security, development, learning, well-being and safety. We offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for children and adolescents.
Family Counselling
We offer family counselling to support families experiencing conflict, communication challenges, behavioural concerns, or difficulties navigating life transitions. Our approach focuses on improving understanding between family members, strengthening relationships, and creating more supportive and functional dynamics.
